PURPOSE:

To Define Policies and Procedures Governing the Use of Rest Rooms

OBJECTIVE:

To Provide Control of the Use of Rest Rooms by Employees in order to Eliminate Abuse of this Service

It has been observed that certain employees are using the rest room for other than the intended purpose. This observation pertains mainly to the use of the enclosed stalls. It is suspected that these stalls are being used to read novels, newspapers, to perpetuate amateur artwork, etc. In order to eliminate this abuse of privilege, the following procedures will be initiated:

Employees will be issued a new IBM key-punched I.D. Card. This card will have employee’s badge number coded into it.
