The ‘liberate rolls’ (TNA, C 62) record writs ordering payment of Crown expenses such as pensions and salaries, 1200–1436. Some are printed:

The Cartae Antiquae rolls (TNA, C 52) are medieval transcripts of charters mainly dating from c.1189 to c.1327, but including a few pre-dating the Conquest. Twenty of the thirty-nine rolls have been published:
