Instructions:

Use a food processor or a cheese grater to shred the zucchini.

To remove excess liquid from zucchini, place the zucchini in a cheesecloth, paper towel, or tea towel and squeeze out the water.

Place zucchini and other ingredients (except coarse sea salt) in a bowl. Mix well with a large spoon until all the ingredients are well mixed and look dark brown.

Brush a bread pan with coconut oil, then pour the ingredients (Point 3) into the bread pan.

Sprinkle coarse sea salt onto the dough.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 375°F.
