Peanut Butter and Sesame Noodles

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

● 5 oz. Ramen noodles

● 2 tbsp. peanut butter

● 1 tbsp. honey

● 3 tbsp. soy sauce

● 1 tbsp. rice vinegar

● 3 tbsp. pure sesame oil

● 2 garlic cloves, minced

● 1 tsp ginger root (grated)

● 4 sliced green onions and 1-¾ tsp sesame seeds. This is an additional garnish

Directions

Take a big pot and place it on a medium-high flame. Now pour water into the pan. Break the blocks of noodles into 4 pieces each and add them to the pot.

Cook for around 5 minutes while constantly stirring. This will ensure that the strands separate from each other. Cook until the noodles are tender. Drain the noodles using a colander.

Take another bowl and add the peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger and honey. Whisk these ingredients until they combine well and form a smooth and consistent mixture. The peanut butter needs to be completely broken down.

Pour this sauce over the hot noodles and toss the contents to coat well.

Cover with a lid and leave the pot aside for some time.

Top with the garnish and grate some Parmesan cheese on top if you want to.
