8. Get enough sleep

A well-rested mind is much more productive. I know we said time is a valuable commodity and should not be wasted. But sleeping is not a waste of time. It is necessary to keep in good health in mind and body. So sleep is really not for the dead. It is a must if you want to live!

An excellent morning routine is important. In order to have a more pleasant and productive day, you need to start out right. That means a rushed morning is not ideal. What do you do to have more time in the morning? You must go to bed early.

If you plan to wake up an hour earlier, you should teach your body to sleep earlier, too. Have a fixed schedule for dinner. Avoid any mind stimulating activities after the meal. Everything that you do from that time forward should be to prepare you for bed. So you should focus on more mellow activities like reading or anything that can help your relax.

Your Reminder is dinner. This cue is not easy to forget. Your reward is laying your body on a soft bed. Needless to say, you have to make an effort to make your bedroom more inviting. A good mattress, fresh sheets, soft pillow, cool temperature, quiet and dark; these are all the important elements of an ideal bedroom. And your bedroom should be reserved for sleeping and intimate activities. Phones, laptops, or anything unrelated to these two activities are not allowed inside.
