Oklahoma House Arrest Program

Unlike the Florida program, the Oklahoma House Arrest Program is a back-door program to grant early release from prison to high-risk offenders. Inmates eligible for the program include:

Inmates who have served 15% of their maximum sentence.

Nonviolent offenders who are within 27 months of release.

Violent inmates who are within 11 months of release.
