Rub the pork with the onion powder, black pepper, paprika and salt.

Heat the pressure cooker to a medium heat and add the oil, add the ribs and fry until golden on all sides.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and add to the meat.

Cover and lock lid on pressure cooker. Bring to pressure. Cook on medium to high for 20 minutes, carefully release the pressure and serve hot.

5 tablespoons tamari soya sauce

2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine

6 tablespoons char siu sauce
