Cowboy Chili

A big bowl of hearty soup for cold weather.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 pound breakfast sausage

2 onions, diced

1 1/2 cups carrots, diced

1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Sour cream, grated cheese, for serving

Directions:

1. Insert the inner pot into your Power Cooker then add the sausage and ground beef. Press the CHICKEN/MEAT button and cook for about 5 minutes, regularly stirring and breaking up the meat.

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.

3. Cover the Power Cooker, lock the lid then turn the pressure release valve to closed.

4. Next, press the WARM/CANCEL button then choose the SOUP/STEW button and adjust the time to 30 minutes.

5. When the time is up, the Power Cooker will switch to KEEP WARM automatically. Turn the pressure release valve to open.

6. Wait until the steam is released completely before opening the cover.

7. If you want thicker soup, press CHICKEN/MEAT button and let cook until thickened to your taste.

8. Serve with grated cheese and sour cream.
