Pizza with mushrooms

Ingredients

Dough

400gr flour

200ml warm water

10gr yeast

10gr salt

4 tablespoons olive oil

Topping:

1 cup tomato sauce

130gr mozzarella

150 gr mushrooms

Ground red pepper to taste

How to make:

Pour warm water into a bowl, add yeast and mix, then add flour and knead dough, pour salt and olive oil, knead once again and let rise for 30 minutes.

Stretch dough, top with tomato paste, sliced mozzarella, sliced boiled mushrooms, and sprinkle with ground pepper. Preheat the oven to the highest temperature, place pizza on the baking sheet and bake it until cheese melts.
