By far, most of the successful people Iâve known have had the benefit of at least one coaching or mentoring relationship. When the subject comes up, they are invariably eager to talk about their experiences, because it brings back such good feelings. Some of these relationships lasted much longer than others and some were far more influential, but all of them were important and, at their best, truly inspirational.
