Ingredient List:

2 onions, large, sliced

3 tablespoons of olive oil, extra virgin

1 lb. of chard, leaves chopped, center ribs removed

1 teaspoon of caraway seeds

1 tablespoon of organic honey

½ teaspoons of pepper, black

¼ teaspoons of celery seed

2 teaspoons red wine or sherry vinegar

Salt, Kosher

Methods:

Heat oil in a sauté pan on high heat until oil nears smoking. Add onions. Toss to coat them with oil. Sautee for 9 - 11 minutes while stirring, until onions are brown at their edges and soft. Sprinkle them with salt.

Add chard and mix completely. After chard has wilted, add black pepper, celery seeds, caraway seeds and organic honey. Toss to combine well. Cook for another few minutes, stirring consistently. Add vinegar and serve.
