1 pound (454g) mild Italian pork sausage

1 dozen eggs

2 ounces (56g) sun-dried tomatoes

1 leek

½ pound (227g) mushrooms

1-2 tablespoons avocado oil Himalayan sea salt, to taste

1 dozen parchment paper muffin liners
