You can use up tomatoes from your garden for this rich and warming meal that works well with a side salad or as a lunch main. The other ingredients bake through and lend their tastes to the tomatoes.

Makes 10 Servings

Cooking + Prep Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, shredded

1 cup of mozzarella, shredded

1 cup of mayonnaise, reduced fat

2 pie crusts, prepared

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp. of oregano, dried

1 tsp. of basil, dried

Sea salt black ground pepper, as desired

1 tsp. of thyme, dried
