Getting Started With Planning and Implementation

With that thought in mind, where should you start? Great question. We will approach planning and implementation based on a training development process that looks at the three stages of production: pre-production, production, and post-production.

Before moving forward, we need to define what we mean by the training development process. To us, it encompasses the activities and respective methods used to create a learning product. This process includes the initial planning to the kick-off meeting to the implementation or launch of the product for use by the learning audience, all the way through executing the evaluation plan.
