Sloppy Joes

1 (12-inch) Dutch oven, 30 hot coals, cooking temperature 350 degrees

Makes 4 to 6 servings

1 pound ground beef

1 (10.75-ounce) can chicken gumbo soup

1/2 cup ketchup

1/8 cup mustard

1/2 medium onion, chopped

1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

4 to 6 hamburger buns

In Dutch oven, brown the ground beef until cooked through, using 30 coals underneath the oven; drain the grease. Add the soup, ketchup, mustard, onion, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix to combine. Remove enough coals from underneath the oven to achieve a simmer. Cover with lid and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Serve in buns.
