This recipes yields: 3 - 4 servings of chicken

Required ingredients:

2 pounds (32 ounces) of skinless and boneless chicken breasts

1 onion

5 cloves of garlic

1/2 cup (4 ounces) of chicken broth

1 Tablespoon (1/2 ounces) of lard

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) of parsley

1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) paprika

1/4 cup (2 ounces) white wine

1/2 cup (4 ounces) lemon juice

3 teaspoons (1/2 ounces) flour

Pepper and salt

Step by step instructions:

Pull out a medium sized skillet or pan and set the heat to medium.

While the pan heats up, dice your onion. Once the pan reaches the desired heat (do the water flick test to check), place the lard into it and let it melt a bit before adding the onions.

Cook the onions and lard until soft and they begin to turn a nice light brown color (you want to sweat the onions to bring out their sweetness).

Once the onions reach the perfect texture and color, toss them into your pressure cooker. Add the chicken breasts, minced garlic cloves, chicken broth, parsley, paprika, white wine, and lemon juice.

Place the lid on your pressure cooker and secure it tightly. Let the mixture cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (it may take up to 15 minutes).

If the sauce is too thin, add some of the flour to thicken it up until the desired thickness is reached.

Stir everything a few times to makes sure the ingredients are well combined. Serve hot or store in the refrigerator for reheating later.
