Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Take a spoon and hollow out each side of the avocado halves until the pit hole is about twice the original size.
Place the avocado halves in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish, hollow-side up.
Add an egg into each hollow and divide the shredded chicken between each avocado half. Top with the cheese and season with the salt and pepper.
Bake the avocados for 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
