● Chicken broth (1.5 cups/362 g)

● Garlic powder (.25 tsp.)

● Heavy cream (.25 cup/57 g)

● Salt (as desired)

● Fresh parsley (1 tbsp.)

Preparation Technique:

Remove the asparagus from the can. Add enough broth to fill the asparagus can to make a full container.

Roughly chop the asparagus and add the juices into a medium pot. Puree with an immersion blender until creamy. Stir in the seasonings and reduce the heat. Add the parsley and simmer until it’s hot.
