Who says you need to stick to an “unwich” (meat and cheese rolled up with lettuce and tomato inside) just to stay keto? These subs are better than anything you could get at your local sandwich shop and you actually get to eat the bread!

2 Hoagie Sandwich Rolls (Chapter 2)

8 tablespoons keto-approved mayonnaise

4 slices peeled white onion

4 slices tomato

4 leaves romaine lettuce

8 ounces no-sugar-added deli-sliced turkey breast

4 ounces provolone cheese

1 First toast the hoagie rolls: Turn the oven up to 425°F. Split the hoagies in half lengthwise and toast 5–10 minutes.

2 Spread the mayonnaise on the inside of the hoagie rolls.

3 Layer on the onion, tomato, lettuce, turkey, and cheese.

4 Close the roll and serve.
