Ingredients:

2 tablespoons / 28 gr of butter

1 tablespoon / 14 gr of olive oil

100 gr / 1 turkey wing

2 tablespoons / 28 gr g of dehydrated American cranberries (soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes)

1 pinch of onion powder

2 tablespoons/ 28 gr of shelled walnuts

66 cc / 1 fl oz of freshly squeezed orange juice (or a ready juice without added sugar)

1 pinch of fresh thyme

1 pinch of dried basil

1 pinch of salt, pepper and chili pepper

Directions:

Press the Saute button to preheat the pot. When the display shows Hot, melt the butter and add some olive oil. Golden the turkey wings on both sides

By adjusting salt and pepper. Make sure the side of the skin has got a nice color

Remove briefly the wings from the pot and add the onion, taking care that the side of the skin, well browned, is facing up, cranberries, walnuts and thyme

Pour the orange juice over turkey. Close and lock the Electric pressure Cooker lid. Press the Manual button, then set 20 minutes of pressure cooking using the [+] or [-] buttons

At the end of the cooking time, open the pot using the "Natural decompression" method

Remove the excess of thyme and transfer the wings carefully on a serving dish (they should be so tender to fall apart). Put the serving dish in the oven on grill function for about 5 minutes or until the wings are sufficiently caramelized

Meanwhile, reduce the liquids contained in the pan to about half leaving it uncovered and pressing the Sauté button. Pour a little liquid, walnuts and cranberries on the wings and serve
