Beef-rolled-tofu

(4 servings)

about 200g beef shaves (8 slices)

1 cake of firm tofu

2 Tbsps sugar

2 Tbsps sake

2 Tbsps soy sauce

flour

salad oil

[prepare]

Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and leave more than 30 min. (to drain)

[1] Spread two slices of the beef shaves, put the end of beef on another.

And sprinkle the surface with flour thinly.

[2] Cut the firm tofu into 4 slices, roll with the beef shaves, and flour.

[3] In a pan, heat the oil over the medium heat and put them on the end of rolls.

Cook until browned for about 3~4 min.
