2 Pounds of Potatoes, Peeled and Cut Into Small Pieces

¾ Cup of Italian Dressing, Your Favorite Brand

2 Tbsp. of Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. of Parsley Leaves, Fresh and Coarsely Chopped

1 Red Bell Pepper, Small in Size and Finely Chopped

2 Tbsp. of Olive, Pitted, Ripe and Finely Sliced

Some Black Pepper for Taste
