In act three of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, the prince of Denmark faces a tough situation and asks himself a life-or-death question. “To be, or not to be?” says Hamlet. “That is the question—whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and, by opposing, end them?”

In the case of your venture, the life or death of your dream may be what’s up for debate. You or your travelers may have become too attached to the course you’re on and run the risk of failing altogether unless you reexamine the current state of affairs and redirect your efforts. Understand if and how the path is flawed and then explain how a different path can fulfill your vision.
