2 large ripe mangoes flesh cut into small squares

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

2 cloves garlic minced

2 cups cucumber diced

½ tsp. Zak’s hot cooking sauce

2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime plus zest

Juice of ½ orange

1 tsp. salt
