Time to Cook:

Step 1: Warm your large frying pan on medium heat with olive oil covering the bottom of the pan.

Step 2: After the pan is hot, add the pre-seasoned chicken thighs. Pan fry on both sides for 5 to 8 minutes per side. Make sure chicken is cooked throughout.

Step 3: Create your topping! While your chicken is cooking, combine in a medium bowl on the side: tomatoes, onion, corn, cilantro, parsley, garlic, juice 1 lime, salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Remove chicken and set to the side. Leave pan over medium heat.

Step 5: Create your sauce! Deglaze the pan by adding: 1 cup of white wine, ¼ stick of butter, a little pasta water, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and let simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from heat and toss pasta in sauce.

Step 7: Cut chicken into slices.

Step 8: Top pasta with chicken, tomatoes combo, and mozzarella. It’s ready to eat!
