The Aioli Ingredients:

Egg – 1

Sea salt – .5 teaspoon

Avocado oil – 1 cup

White distilled vinegar – 1 tablespoon, divided

Dijon mustard – .5 teaspoon

Black pepper – .25 teaspoon

Garlic powder – .5 teaspoon

The Instructions:

Prepare a baking sheet for the Brussels sprouts, and preheat the oven to a high heat of 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash the Brussels sprouts in warm water, chop them in half, and toss them with the olive oil and seasoning.

Roast the Brussels sprouts with the flat side downward on the pan until it becomes seared for about 25 minutes.
