Ingredients

Squid

500 g squid, cleaned hoods only

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

1 tablespoon peanut oil

Salad

1 cucumber, sliced thinly

2 green onions, sliced thinly

250 g cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup roasted peanuts, chopped coarsely

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon peanut oil

Directions

First of all, chop the squid hoods along one side and open out.

After this, score the inner side of hoods diagonally, without chopping all the way through.

Then chop every squid hood into 8 pieces.

Use the mixed pepper, salt and lemon pepper seasoning as sprinkle.

After this, sauté and mix in skillet in oil till become curled and cooked through.

You can serve this delicious squid with cucumber salad.

For preparing cucumber salad; take mint, nuts and mix them with cucumber, tomato and onion.

Take the mixed vinegar and oil and ADD them and toss them well.
