Place all ingredients in covered clay baker and bake 350 for 30 minutes. 350 degrees.

Sauce

½ teaspoon celery salt

½ teaspoon celery seed

1 teaspoon kosher sea salt

1 cup all-purpose unbleached white flour

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 table spoon margarine

2 ½ cups rice milk

1 clove of garlic

¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart sauce pan. Dry ingredients first, then add liquid slowly stirring until smooth. Add ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese and cook one minute more. Stir into vegetables and pour all into crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
