In a large pan, heat the oil and add the chicken into it. Fry till brown, then add veggies and fry them for 5 minutes.

Now mix in the herbs and stock and bring them to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and let it simmer for 35 minutes or till chicken is tender.

At last, mix in the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with crusty bread.

Pinch of basil (dried)

Pinch of thyme (dried)

Salt and black pepper to taste
