1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup white wine

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.

Place eggs in a shallow bowl. Place Parmesan cheese in a separate shallow bowl.

Next, dip seasoned chicken into eggs, then dip them into Parmesan. Repeat this until all of the chicken pieces are well coated.
