2 red bell peppers, well diced

1 medium-sized onion, divided into 2

8 ounces of drained pineapple chunks

1 cup of sweet and sour sauce

3 cups of cooked rice

Direction

Heat up your smoker. Put your sausage, pepper, and onions in a grill tray, place on your smoker, and smoke for about 10 minutes or until your sausage is tender.

Add your pineapple and your sweet and sour sauce. Continue for another 10 to 15 minutes until you have gotten your desired taste.

Dish your rice into your serving bowls and place your smoked sausage and pineapple on the rice and serve.
