¾ cup wild rice

2 carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise, and cut into ½-inch slices

2 parsnips, peeled, halved lengthwise, and cut into ½-inch slices

3 celery stalks, cut into ½-inch slices

2 leeks, washed well, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced

2 sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds), peeled and chopped into bite-sized pieces

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1½ teaspoons kosher salt or more to taste

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 (32-ounce) package vegetable broth (such as Pacific Natural Foods®)

3 cups water

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos®

2 (15-ounce) cans butter beans

¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
