Ingredients:
· 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
· 1 pound of Asparagus
· 3 piece of wild salmon fillets
· 2 tablespoon of sesame seeds
· 2 tablespoon of Capitol Hill seasoning
· 1 tablespoon of sea salt
· ½ of a thinly sliced lemon
· ½ of a lemon wedge
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to at temperature of 400 degree Fahrenheit
2. Take a baking sheet and grease it up nicely
3. Finely rinse your asparagus and pat them dry in a kitchen towel
4. Trim off the base from the asparaguses
5. Arrange the salmon fillets in the middle section of your tray
6. Surround all sides with small bundles of asparagus
7. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil over the steaks and gently rub them all over
8. Top the steaks generously with sesame seeds and seasoning
9. Gently place 2 lemon slices on top of each steak
10. Drizzle another tablespoon of olive oil over them and top off with some added salt and sesame seeds
11. Spritz with a lemon wedge
12. Cook for about 12-15 minutes until the center of the salmon is pink
13. Drizzle with some extra lemon juice and serve hot!
