Tuna Broccoli Casserole [Maria Sarc] – recipe from her mom, Deana Liebe

Ingredients:

½ cup uncooked small Pasta Shells

1 package (10 oz) frozen Broccoli Cuts, thawed

1 can (10 ¾ oz) Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 can (soup can) Milk

1 cup crushed Potato Chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish except potato chips. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.

Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly.

Blueberry Coffee Cake [Maria Sarc] – recipe from her mom, Deana Liebe

Ingredients:

2 cups Flour

¾ cup Sugar

2 ½ tsp baking powder

¾ tsp Salt

¼ cup Shortening

¾ cup Milk

1 Egg

2 cups fresh or frozen Blueberries (thawed and drained) Crumb Topping (see recipe below)

Blueberry Glaze

Directions:

Crumb Topping – ½ cup Sugar, 1/3 cup Flour, ¼ cup Butter softened, ½ tsp cinnamon. Mix all ingredients until crumbly.

Heat oven to 375. Grease a 9 x 9 x 2 pan.

Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, shortening, mild and eggs. Beat for 30 seconds.

Carefully stir in blueberries.

Spread batter in the pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping.

Bake 45-50 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Drizzle with blueberry glaze.
