‘Just Add Milk’ Slow-burn Porridge Pots

Oil- free Raw and Rich Super Salad Dressing

This is a super-easy dressing – it really is just a blitz and you’re ready to go. Sublime drizzled over a spiced chickpea salad.

MAKES 500ML

2 tablespoons tahini

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

juice of 1 lemon

½ bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoon organic honey

200ml coconut water

150ml natural probiotic yoghurt

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz together until smooth and thoroughly incorporated. Season to taste. Pour into a sterilised jar and label.
