Mexican Chicken Stew

This spicy stew is very easy to prepare.

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

· 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

· 1 (15.5 ounce) can whole kernel corn, no-salt added

· 1 (15.5 ounce) can kidney beans, no-sodium added

· 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, no-sodium added

· 1 (15.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, no-salt added

· 1 medium yellow onion, diced

· 1 green bell pepper, diced

· 1 (15.5 ounce) can tomato sauce, no-salt added

· 2 tablespoons chili powder

· 2 teaspoons onion powder

· 2 teaspoons ground cumin

· 1 teaspoon garlic powder

· 1 teaspoon paprika

· 1 teaspoon ground oregano

Directions:

1 Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, and stir gently, leaving chicken on bottom.

2 Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Remove chicken breasts and shred or chop them and add back to stew. Mix well before serving.
