EGG SANDWICHES

Servings: 4

Time: 10 minutes prep

2 tbsp butter (30 g)

4 eggs

salt and black pepper

mayonnaise for the bread

8 slices bread

2 tomatoes, sliced

4-8 lettuce leaves

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the eggs. Add salt and pepper. Spread the mayonnaise on the bread slices; add an egg, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves. Finish with another slice of bread and package the sandwich in a napkin or greaseproof paper.
