Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350°F and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
Whisk together the flours with the baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together your eggs and honey with the coconut oil, and coconut milk.
Whisk the dry ingredients into the wet, stirring until smooth.
Fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter into the prepared tin, filling the cups about¾ full.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool the muffins in the pan for 5 minutes then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
