Hummingbird Cupcakes

Tasty and easy to make these cupcakes are soft and moist without being fragile. Banana, pineapple and coconut blend together for melt in your mouth awesome! Adding golden raisins also work wonderfully with this recipe.

Cooking time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

Cupcake

1/4 cup crushed pineapple packed in juice (do not drain)

2 large ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup of flour (all purpose works best)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

½ cup cannabutter, at room temperature

1/2 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut

1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
