Directions:

1. The first thing that you want to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is heating up spray a large sized baking dish with some non-stick cooking spray and set aside for later use.

2. Then mix together your whole milk, egg whites, Greek yogurt and applesauce in a medium sized bowl until evenly mixed.

3. Then use a second bowl and whisk together your oat flour, sweetener, baker’s style baking soda, powdered cocoa and protein powder until evenly mixed.

4. Add your dry ingredients to your wet mixture and continue to stir until evenly combined. Allow your batter to sit for the next five minutes.

5. Pour your batter into your baking dish and place into your oven to bake for the next 20 to 25 minutes or until completely baked through.

6. While your brownies are cooking place your cherries, sweetener and Greek yogurt into a food processor and blend until smooth in consistency.

7. Remove your brownies from your oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve with your yogurt mixture and enjoy whenever you are ready.
