Another quick and easy way to prevent your blood pressure from ri-ing when you feel agitated or excited is to repeat the deep-breathing method ten times. Breathe in quickly and breathe out slowly and deliberately. Refer to the deep-breathing method outlined under the section devoted to asthma.

Indigestion

People with chronic indigestion often feel bloated, stuffed, and uncomfortable after eating. Although there are many preparations available over the counter, it’s better to learn to eat slowly and allow yourself half an hour of relaxation after a large meal.

Try the following exercises to alleviate indigestion.

Rub the center of your left palm with your right thumb fifty times. Repeat this on the right hand. Do this exercise three times daily for fifteen days.
