The combination of aromatic garlic and lemon is an excellent marinade for your chicken. Prepare this for lunch or dinner and enjoy the fantastic flavors that come with it.

Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

¼ cup olive oil

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

salt and pepper to taste

1-pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Lemon Zest from half lemon

2 teaspoons Garlic Minced

Instructions

Take a zip lock bag and add the Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper, honey. Close the bag and toss to combine.

Open and add the chicken. Close again and let the chicken for at least half an hour in this marinade.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high and fry for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked thoroughly.
