Elderflower Martini

GLASSWARE

GARNISH

Mint sprig

Shaker

Strainer

gin 30 ml (1 oz)

vodka 30 ml (1 oz)

St-Germain 30 ml (1 oz)

freshly squeezed lemon juice 15 ml (½ oz)

Shake the wet ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

TIP

Add a dash of mint syrup or Simple Syrup, to taste.

Cherry spear

EQUIPMENT

Shaker

Strainer

gin 60 ml (2 oz)

sweet vermouth 15 ml (½ oz)

triple sec 15 ml (½ oz)

freshly pressed pineapple juice 30 ml (1 oz)

orange bitters a dash

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well to combine and chill the drink. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a cherry spear.
