Sand buns with an apple

Ingredients:

200 g of butter

200 g sour cream

3 cups flour

4 tablespoons sugar

a pinch of salt

10 g of a baking powder

8-10 apples

1 egg

Brown sugar

Preparation:

1. Sift the flour with the baking powder, add the melted butter, sour cream, sugar, salt and knead the dough. Turn the dough into a food film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

2. Peel the apples, cut into two parts and remove the core.

3. Pinch pieces off the dough. The size of the nibbled piece depends on the size of your apples.

4. Roll a piece of dough into a flat cake, put half of the apple on it by cutting it upwards. Raise the edges of the dough, wrap the apple in them and tuck them well around the edges.

5. With the convex part of the dough, dip the bun into the beaten egg, then into the sugar.

6. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the buns.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until it gets blanched.

8. Cool the buns and serve them for tea. Apples in a bun turned into a delicate aromatic puree.
