1 filled and piped push pop of your choice

40g (11⁄2oz) pink sugarpaste (rolled fondant)

1 Roll out the pink sugarpaste to around 4mm (3⁄16in) thick and cut out a strip measuring 2.5cm × 7cm (1in × 23⁄4in) and another measuring 5mm × 3cm (1⁄4in × 11⁄4in).

2 Take the larger strip of sugarpaste and fold each end into the centre, then pinch gently to create the bow shape. Wrap the smaller strip of sugarpaste around the middle of your bow, securing on the back with a dab of water.

3 Roll out the remaining pink sugarpaste to the same thickness. Cut two more strips measuring 2cm × 5cm (3⁄4in × 2in) to create the tails of your bow, cutting a small ‘V’ shape out of one end of each strip.

4 Attach the tails to the top of the filled and piped push pop, followed by the bow, pressing down gently to secure.
