Ingredients

½ cup brown rice, cooked

12 oz ground chicken

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1 carrot

1/3 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup parsley

2 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Combine the ground chicken and cooked brown rice together.

Stir the mixture and sprinkle it with the onion powder, nutmeg, white pepper, and salt.

Wash the parsley carefully and chop it.

Add the chopped parsley to the meat mixture.

After this, peel the carrot and grate it.

Add the grated carrot to the meat mixture too.

Stir it the mixture carefully with the help of the hands.

Preheat the non-stick skillet and pour olive oil.

Make the small balls from the meat mixture and transfer them to the skillet.

Cook the meatballs for 6 minutes from the both sides on the medium heat.

When the meatballs are cooked – remove them from the heat and chill little.

Serve the dish immediately.
