Ingredients 8 servings: Butter 170 g, Brown sugar 150 g, Sugar 125 g, Lemons 1 piece, Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon, Chicken egg 2 pieces, Buttermilk 180 ml, Wheat flour 180 g, Baking powder 4 g, Salt a pinch, Ground pistachios 25 g, Raspberry 80 g.

Manual cooking

1. Grind sugar with butter until the consistency of cream. When the mass becomes nearly white, add the vanilla and the grated zest of 1 lemon.

2. One to add to the mixture eggs and mix thoroughly.

3. Pour a thin stream into the mixture the flour with baking powder and salt and knead to the consistency of the dough.

4. Add in the buttermilk batter, and mix again thoroughly.

5. When the dough is ready, pour it in coarsely ground pistachios and mix thoroughly. Then add the raspberries (fresh or frozen) and mix again.

6. Put the dough in a baking dish and send in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

7. Before serving, cut into large chunks.
