5 lbs. ground beef

10 slices bacon

5 oz. shredded cheese

Mushrooms

Green Peppers

Let’s Cook:

Divide ground beef up into 5 equal sized balls. Place a can in the center of ball and push can down. The meat will push up alongside the can, but you will need to use your hands to help shape it.

Wrap two slices of bacon around the ground beef and remove the can.

Fill the hole left by the can with mushrooms and green peppers. Top vegetables with shredded cheese.

Place on a grill using indirect heat and cook for 1 hour.
