Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken (Gluten-free)

A terrific meal!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 5 hours

Servings: 5

Ingredients:

3-4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 jar of BBQ sauce

1 can of small pineapple chunks

Directions:

1. Add the bottom of a slow cooker, add half of the BBQ sauce and place the meat on it.

2. Add the remaining sauce on top followed by the can of pineapple.

3. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on low or cook until the meat is tender and can be easily shred. If you are using frozen meat, cook on low for 6-8 hours.

4. 30 minutes before serving, shred the meat and cover pot.
