Skillet Beef And Peppers
A quick and easy recipe that is perfect when you have little time.
Servings: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 14 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tablespoons butter
1 (16-ounce) package pepper stir-fry, frozen
12 ounces top sirloin steak, sliced thinly across the grain
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add pepper stir-fry and cook with constant stirring for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add the meat pieces and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes with frequent stirring.
3. Stir in the chicken broth and cook for 3 to 4 minutes more.
